The exact location, intended shots, date, surrounding environment and required coordination are reviewed before confirmation.
Safety information
Risk information and method statements are scoped where the venue or agreed production requires them.
Delivery
Review stages, formats, versions and the delivery date are recorded in the quote.

Include the filming address, intended shots, proposed date, crew access and delivery requirements. We will identify the current records and production information relevant to that commission, then confirm what else is needed before filming.
