The quote identifies costs that sit outside the core filming or post-production scope. These may include travel, accommodation, location access, specialist equipment, additional crew, music or other third-party licences. Each applicable item is discussed and recorded before work begins.
Payment terms are set out in the proposal for the specific project. If a production needs staged payments or an ongoing arrangement, discuss that with us before approving the quote so the agreed schedule can be recorded in writing.
A full-service project can cover pre-production, filming and post-production. The quote defines the brief, schedule, locations, crew, shot plan, review stages, deliverables, formats and delivery date included for that commission. Tell us the required delivery date at the brief stage. We will review the filming plan, edit scope, approval stages and delivery versions, then confirm what is achievable in the quote. A deadline is not treated as agreed until it is recorded in the production schedule.
