Behind the Pass goes inside the planning, preparation, pressure and pleasure of major-event catering. Airframe was embedded close enough to find the people inside the scale.

A blank exhibition hall becomes a 4,000-cover operation. The film makes that scale legible through the decisions, quantities and deadlines behind a single evening of service.
