Brand film production in London

Airframe Media produces brand films in London for organisations that want to show what they stand for, not sell a single product.

A brand film is a story-led film about your place, your people or your history, made to be watched for its own sake. We shape the idea with you, film it on location and edit it with sound design, so the film sits on your website and your channels for years. Crew and kit are scoped to the story.

ExCeL London: 25 Years of Connecting Lives

A 2:11 anniversary film for ExCeL London. We turned a broad brief into a story of the people, events and working life behind 25 years, using a count from one to 25 as the visual spine and combining new footage with selected archive material. ExCeL published it on LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram.

Pricing

What shapes the quote for a brand film

We do not publish a headline price for this work, because two jobs of the same type rarely need the same crew, kit or edit. Send the brief and we will quote it.

How Airframe pricing works
Story development
Finding the story takes research and conversation. A brief that is still open needs more of that than a story that is already clear.
Locations and days
The number of places and filming days decide the schedule and the crew. The South Lodge film moved through a house and its grounds.
People on camera
Using your own people is simpler than casting. Contributors add planning, filming and edit time.
Aerial and specialist shots
Drone footage, gimbal work and other specialist shots are planned and priced as part of the shoot.
Archive, voiceover and graphics
The ExCeL anniversary film combined archive material, voiceover and motion graphics. Each adds work in the edit.
Music and sound design
Music is licensed or composed and agreed up front. Sound design shapes how the film feels, so it is part of the plan.
Length and versions
A main film plus shorter cut-downs for social media and event screens each take edit time.

How it works

How a brand film gets made

Visitors exploring a World Travel Market stand

Frame from World Travel Market 2025

  1. Brief and brand story

You tell us who the film is for and what you want them to feel. We agree the story the film will tell.

  2. Treatment

We write the idea, the structure and the look, with the places and people we will film. You sign it off before we shoot.

  3. Shoot

The crew films to the treatment, with the camera, lighting and aerial work the story calls for.

  4. Edit and sound

We cut the film, add music, voiceover and sound design, and send a first cut.

  5. Review and finish

You send consolidated notes. We make the agreed changes, grade the colour and finish the sound.

  6. Deliver the versions

You receive the main film and the agreed shorter versions in the shapes each place needs.

What is a brand film?

A brand film is a story-led film that shows what an organisation stands for through its people, places or history. It does not ask the viewer to buy something. The South Lodge film and the ExCeL anniversary film are examples.

How is a brand film different from a promotional video?

A promotional video sells a product, offer or event and asks for an action. A brand film builds understanding and trust, and it is made to be watched for its own sake. Our promotional video production page covers the first and this page covers the second.

How is a brand film different from a corporate video?

A corporate video explains what a business does, often for a specific audience such as new customers or staff. A brand film is shorter on explanation and longer on atmosphere, story and craft. Some organisations need both.

How much does a brand film cost?

We quote each brand film on its own requirements, so there is no headline price. Story development, filming days, locations, aerial work, graphics and the number of versions all shape the quote. Send the brief on WhatsApp or read how our pricing works.

How long should a brand film be?

It depends on the story and where it will be seen. The ExCeL anniversary film runs to 2 minutes 11 seconds and the South Lodge film to 4 minutes 21 seconds. We agree the length in the treatment, and we cut shorter versions for social media.

Can you make a brand film for a hotel or hospitality brand?

Yes. The South Lodge film for Exclusive Collection is a hospitality brand film. Our hospitality video production page explains that work in more detail.

Can you use our archive footage?

Yes. The ExCeL anniversary film combines new footage with selected archive material. Send what you have and we will say how it can be used.

Who owns the film when it is finished?

The terms are agreed in the quote before we start, including where and for how long the film may be used. Tell us where you plan to show it and we will confirm the licence.
