Pricing & Quotes

7 questions

Video production costs depend on scope, crew size, shoot days, and post-production complexity. A typical corporate video starts from around £1,500 for a single-day shoot with editing, while larger brand films or multi-day productions range from £5,000 to £20,000+. Corporate video production specifically typically sits between £3,000 and £15,000. We provide detailed, itemised quotes within 24 hours — contact us with your brief for an accurate estimate.

We believe in complete transparency. Beyond core rates (videographer days and post-production), travel expenses include mileage, accommodation, and travel time, all charged at cost with no markup. If a full day of travel is required to reach your location, we charge 50% of our standard day rate for travel days. For projects requiring specialised equipment beyond our in-house gear (cinema cameras, specialist rigs, multi-camera concert coverage), we hire rental kit — again charged at cost with no additional markup. Every potential cost is discussed upfront during the quote process.

Yes. For larger projects, we typically work with a milestone-based structure: 30–40% deposit upon project approval to secure dates and begin pre-production, 30–40% upon completion of filming, and the balance upon final delivery. For ongoing content needs or multi-video campaigns, we can arrange monthly retainer agreements. All payment terms are clearly outlined in our proposals.

Our packages include end-to-end services: pre-production planning (concept development, scriptwriting, storyboarding, location scouting), professional filming with cinema-grade equipment, experienced crew (director, cinematographer, sound engineer), and complete post-production (editing, colour grading, sound design, music licensing, motion graphics, VFX). We deliver in multiple formats optimised for different platforms. Each package is customised to your needs and includes revision rounds. See our pricing page for package details.

Yes, rush delivery is available at a premium rate. For events or campaigns with hard deadlines, we can mobilise same-day filming and deliver edited content within 24–48 hours. Contact us to discuss your timeline.

Process & Timeline

6 questions

A standard corporate video takes 2–4 weeks from initial brief to final delivery: approximately one week for pre-production (scripting, location scouting, scheduling), one to two days on shoot, and one to two weeks in post-production. Medium-complexity projects like brand documentaries or event coverage typically require 4–6 weeks. Large-scale productions (multi-location shoots, extensive motion graphics, VFX) can take 8–12 weeks or more.

Our process runs in three phases. Pre-production: we develop your brief, write the script or shot list, scout locations, and organise crew and talent. Production: our crew captures all footage on shoot day(s) using cinema-grade cameras and licensed drone equipment where needed. Post-production: we edit, colour grade, add motion graphics and sound design, then deliver your approved final cut in all required formats. See our full production process for details.

We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance for most projects — this allows adequate time for pre-production, location scouting, and crew scheduling. Rush projects can sometimes be accommodated with expedited fees.

Our packages include 1–3 revision rounds depending on the tier. Additional revisions can be added for a fee. With clear communication upfront at kickoff, most projects finalise within the included revisions.

Absolutely. We set up video village monitoring so you can review exactly what we're capturing in real time. This collaborative approach ensures we're getting the shots you want.

A production company like Airframe Media handles the entire process — concept development, scriptwriting, multi-person filming crews, professional post-production, colour grading, and delivery. A freelance videographer typically provides camera operation only. For business-critical video content that represents your brand, a full-service production company ensures consistent quality, strategic planning, and a team approach a solo operator cannot replicate.

Services & Deliverables

5 questions

We provide comprehensive services across genres and formats: commercial video production (TV commercials, online ads, product launches), corporate video (company profiles, training videos, internal communications, recruitment), brand storytelling and documentaries, event coverage (conferences, product launches, corporate events), aerial cinematography with CAA-licensed operators, product videography, social media content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube), testimonial filming, real estate videos, music videos, and live streaming. We also offer standalone post-production services.

Yes. Pre-production includes full scriptwriting and storyboarding. We work closely with you to develop messaging that aligns with your brand voice and objectives, then map out every scene before a camera is lifted.

You receive your finished video in all formats required for your use case — typically broadcast-ready MP4 (H.264/H.265) for web and social, plus high-quality masters for broadcast or archiving. We also deliver platform-optimised cuts (16:9, 9:16 vertical, 1:1 square) for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. All project assets and raw footage can be supplied on request. Delivery formats include ProRes (editing/archival), broadcast specs (for TV), DCP (for cinema), and platform-specific formats.

Absolutely. Many clients send us footage they've shot themselves or hired another crew to capture. We work with whatever you have and make it look as good as possible.

Yes. We have composers who can create custom music tailored to your project — ideal when you need a unique sound or specific licensing. Custom composition is quoted separately based on length and complexity. We also offer licensed music library access if commissioning custom music isn't required.

Technical & Equipment

6 questions

We use cinema-grade cameras including Sony FX series, RED (Komodo / Raptor), ARRI Alexa Mini, and Blackmagic URSA. We select the best camera for your project based on budget, delivery requirements, and aesthetic goals. Our complete lighting package includes LED panels (Aputure, ARRI SkyPanel), fresnels, HMIs, and full grip equipment. All equipment is maintained in-house — no rental delays or inconsistent kit.

Yes. Share your visual references during consultation and we'll analyse the lighting, colour, and camera techniques used. We can create custom LUTs and develop a shooting plan to achieve that specific aesthetic.

Colour correction is the technical process of balancing exposure, contrast, and colour to make shots look natural and consistent. Colour grading is the creative process of developing a specific look or mood. We do both as part of our colour services.

We handle a wide range of VFX from simple cleanup and green-screen keying to advanced compositing, 3D integration, and motion tracking. For extremely complex shots (full CG environments, creatures), we partner with specialised VFX houses.

Yes. We have HDR-capable monitors and work in both SDR and HDR workflows. We can deliver HDR10, Dolby Vision, or HLG depending on your distribution needs.

We deliver to any loudness standard required: −16 LUFS (streaming), −23/−24 LUFS (broadcast), or cinema specs. We offer stereo and 5.1 surround-sound mixing and provide full technical QC reports when required.

Drone & Aerial Filming

5 questions

Yes. All our drone pilots hold valid CAA qualifications — GVC (General Visual Line of Sight Certificate) — and operate under Operational Authorisation for commercial work where required. We carry comprehensive public liability insurance (£10M cover) and can provide certificates of insurance and documentation for any shoot. See our accreditations & insurance page for full details.

Drone filming in London typically starts from £500 for a half-day shoot. Full-day rates range from £800–£1,500 depending on location complexity and deliverables. Multi-drone or complex permission shoots may reach £2,500+. We provide detailed quotes based on your specific requirements.

Central London requires special permissions due to flight restriction zones. We have experience obtaining permissions for London shoots and advise on what's possible for your location. Many iconic London locations are accessible with proper planning. We check airspace via NATS and the CAA drone map before every shoot.

We cover London and all of South East England — Essex, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hertfordshire. We also travel nationwide for larger aerial videography projects.

Our cinema drones shoot up to 6K at various frame rates (24/30/60/120fps). We can deliver ProRes, H.265, or any format you need, and we coordinate with your DP to match settings and deliver footage that integrates seamlessly into your production.

Location, Logistics & Working Together

3 questions

Absolutely. We film at client offices, external locations, hired studios, and anywhere else your project requires. Our team handles all location logistics including risk assessments, permits, and equipment transport across London and the UK.

Yes. We're a London-based video production company and regularly film across Greater London, the South East, and nationwide. We have filmed at major venues including ExCeL London, Taylor Wimpey sites, Tower Bridge, and corporate offices across the City and Canary Wharf. Travel costs for locations outside London are quoted transparently upfront.

We always have contingency plans for outdoor shoots. We monitor weather forecasts closely and can reschedule if needed. We can also shoot in light rain or harsh sun with appropriate equipment. Drone flights specifically require safe conditions (wind under 25mph, no rain, good visibility) — if conditions are unsafe, we reschedule rather than risk equipment or safety.
