First call
to final file.

Six steps. Plain English. Here's exactly what happens when you work with us — and what we need from you at each stage.

01

Discovery call

We talk before we plan.

A 30–60 minute call — no charge, no obligation. We ask about your brief, audience, budget, and timeline. You ask us anything. Creative direction and format recommendations come out of this call, not a generic proposal template.

We handle

  • Questions to clarify objectives
  • Format and crew recommendations
  • Honest feasibility assessment

You provide

  • Brief or initial idea (even rough)
  • Any reference clips or brand assets
  • Budget range if known

⏱ Same day or next working day

02

Proposal & quote

A detailed quote — within 24 hours.

After the call, we send an itemised proposal: scope, crew, shoot days, equipment, post-production plan, timeline, and exact cost. No hidden extras. If the scope changes, the quote changes — transparently.

We handle

  • Itemised cost breakdown
  • Creative treatment outline
  • Draft timeline with milestones

You provide

  • Approval or feedback on scope
  • Deposit to secure dates

⏱ Within 24 hours of discovery call

03

Pre-production

Everything planned before a camera is hired.

Scriptwriting, shot lists, storyboarding, location scouting, crew scheduling, and any permits — drone authorisations, location licences, access agreements. This is where productions succeed or fail. We do it properly.

We handle

  • Script or shot list development
  • Location scouting and risk assessment
  • Crew and equipment scheduling
  • CAA authorisations and location permits
  • Storyboard or animatic (where required)

You provide

  • Script approval or sign-off
  • Access to locations and talent
  • Brand guidelines and key messages

⏱ 1–2 weeks for most projects

04

Shoot day

Early start. No surprises.

We arrive early, set up, and run through the shot list with you before cameras roll. You can review exactly what we capture in real time — we set up a video village feed so there are no post-shoot surprises. We stay until the shot list is done.

We handle

  • Full crew briefing and safety check
  • Lighting, camera, and audio setup
  • Shot list execution
  • Real-time client monitoring (video village)
  • On-set direction and problem-solving

You provide

  • Access and point of contact on the day
  • Talent, spokespeople, or interviewees
  • Any required props or branded materials

⏱ Half-day to multi-day depending on scope

05

Post-production

Edit, grade, sound, revisions.

Rough cut first so you can see the structure before we colour grade. Then sound design, music, and motion graphics. 3 free revisions included with every project. Additional rounds available on request.

We handle

  • Assembly edit and rough cut
  • Colour correction and creative grade (DaVinci Resolve)
  • Sound design, dialogue cleanup, and music licensing
  • Motion graphics and titles
  • Revision rounds
  • Export in all required formats

You provide

  • Rough cut feedback
  • Final cut approval

⏱ 1–3 weeks for editing + revisions
