How we work. Every project follows the same 3-stage pipeline: brief → shoot → deliver. The brief stage locks creative direction, deliverables, and rights upfront so the shoot is uncontested. We use a 37-item pre-production checklist drawn from 500+ London productions. The shoot stage runs from a published call sheet with the full crew, kit list, and contingencies pre-confirmed. Delivery includes a colour-graded edit, sound design, motion graphics where briefed, and final files in every format the brief specifies. Most projects close at 4–6 weeks end-to-end.
Who we work with. We work most often with three sectors. Corporate and B2B: brand films, internal communications, leadership videos, recruitment content. Events and conferences: multi-camera event capture for ExCeL, IGB, hospitality, and pharma launches. Property and hospitality: listing films, brand reels, and aerial drone content for developers and managed estates. Recent outcomes include a six-figure brand-film commission for an FTSE-listed property developer, a 12-camera multi-day capture of a 4,000-attendee gaming convention, and a recurring monthly content retainer for a Compass Group venue.
Where we shoot. Central London is our home patch, we work daily in EC1, City, Westminster, Canary Wharf, and the South Bank. We cover Greater London end-to-end with no congestion-zone surcharge and travel UK-wide for multi-day or destination projects (recent shoots include South Lodge, Sussex; Bridge of Allan, Scotland; and Manchester). Drone work is delivered by our in-house CAA-licensed pilot operating under an A2 CofC.
It started on a cold London night on Tower Bridge. Our team had been called in separately for what we thought was just another production shoot. Between takes, watching the city lights dance across the Thames, we discovered we shared the same frustration: UK businesses were struggling to find creative partners who understood their vision end-to-end.
That night in 2015, surrounded by London's iconic skyline, Airframe Media was founded on a simple belief: exceptional video production shouldn't be out of reach for businesses serious about their brand.
We brought together backgrounds in cinematography, aerial operations, editing, and audio production into a single in-house team, led by Liam Mead, creative director. No outsourced freelancers, no handoffs, no inconsistent quality. 500+ productions later, for clients that don't give second chances, that founding principle is still the one we run on.

Specific reasons, not abstract values.

About the agency, our base, and the sectors we work in.
London corporate video production costs range from £5,000 for a simple single-camera interview edit to £25,000+ for a multi-day brand film with full crew, motion graphics, and licensed music. A typical 60–90 second hero brand film with a 4-person crew, two location days, and professional post-production lands between £8,000 and £15,000. Every Airframe Media quote is itemised line-by-line before any work begins, with equipment rentals and travel passed through at cost with no markup. See our pricing page for example project budgets and what each tier delivers.
Airframe Media produces eight core video types from our London base: corporate brand films, event and conference coverage, aerial drone cinematography (CAA-licensed), training and e-learning videos, animation and explainer videos, testimonial and case-study films, promotional and marketing content, and post-production editing and audio design. We also handle specialist formats including multi-camera live-streamed AGMs, hospitality venue showcase films, and property development marketing reels. All production disciplines are delivered in-house by our 4-person core team — no outsourced freelancers, no inconsistent quality between formats.
Airframe Media is based in London, United Kingdom, with our studio at Chauncey Close, N9 9SE. We film across Greater London and travel UK-wide for client projects. Our central London coverage spans the City, Canary Wharf, Westminster, South Bank, and all major event venues including ExCeL London. We operate daily across EC1, EC2, WC1, WC2, E1, E14, SE1, SW1, W1, and N1 postcodes with no congestion-zone surcharge. For projects outside London, we travel nationwide — recent shoots include Sussex, Scotland, and Manchester.
A typical corporate video production project takes 4–8 weeks end-to-end from brief to final delivery. Pre-production (scripting, location scouting, scheduling, permits) accounts for 1–2 weeks. Production — the actual filming — is usually 1–3 days, depending on the number of locations and interviews. Post-production (editing, colour grading, sound design, motion graphics, revisions) takes 2–4 weeks. Two rounds of revisions are included as standard. Rush timelines can compress this to 2–3 weeks for simpler projects, though some creative options narrow on accelerated schedules. For internal communications or training content like employee videos, stakeholder sign-off rounds typically add an additional week.
Yes. While London is our home base, Airframe Media works with clients across the UK and internationally. We have delivered projects in Scotland, Sussex, Manchester, Birmingham, and Bristol, and we hold full public liability insurance (£10M) valid nationwide. For multi-day destination projects, we build travel and accommodation into the itemised quote at cost — no margin added. Our CAA drone operator certification is UK-wide. We also work with international clients filming in London, handling location permits, crew coordination, and local logistics so overseas teams can arrive to a fully prepared set.

For clients outside London, we travel nationwide with £10M public liability valid UK-wide and CAA drone certification covering all UK airspace. International clients filming in London can rely on us for location permits, crew coordination, and full local logistics.
Airframe Media was founded in 2015 on Tower Bridge, London, and has been operating continuously for over a decade. Across that time we have delivered 500+ finished productions. Key milestones include: our first six-figure brand film commission for an FTSE-listed property developer; multi-year documentary work for City of London Corporation covering Tower Bridge maintenance; 12-camera multi-day capture of a 4,000-attendee gaming convention; and ongoing content retainers for Compass Group venues. Our founding team still leads the operation, and every production — from a half-day interview to a multi-month brand campaign — follows the same brief-to-master process established on day one.
Three structural differences set Airframe Media apart from most London video production companies. First, we operate a genuine 4-person in-house team covering every discipline — concept development, scripting, cinematography, drone operations (CAA-licensed), editing, colour grading, and audio design. No freelancers, no outsourced post-production, no briefing a stranger. Second, our pricing is transparent and itemised: every quote breaks down crew, equipment, travel, and post-production line-by-line before work begins, and equipment rentals plus travel are passed through at cost with zero markup. Third, we carry £10 million public liability insurance — double the standard £5 million minimum — and our CAA drone operator is licensed in-house rather than subcontracted. The result is one point of contact, one accountable team, and no scope gaps from brief to final master.
