Coverage of the International Trademark Association's Annual Meeting at ExCeL London — the world's largest gathering of IP and trademark professionals, drawing 10,000+ delegates from 140+ countries.
The International Trademark Association (INTA) Annual Meeting is the largest intellectual property event in the world, bringing together over 10,000 brand owners, legal professionals, and policy makers from more than 140 countries. The five-day conference transforms ExCeL London into a global IP hub, with educational sessions, committee meetings, an exhibition hall showcasing legal service providers and technology platforms, and networking events that shape the direction of trademark law and brand protection worldwide. Airframe Media was commissioned to provide comprehensive event coverage that would serve as both a post-event record and a promotional asset for future INTA meetings.
The production deployed a multi-camera approach across ExCeL's main halls and the ICC Auditorium. Two Sony FX6 rigs on gimbals covered the exhibition floor — capturing stand interactions, delegate networking, and the energy of the opening reception — while a Sony FX3 with a 70-200mm f/2.8 captured keynote addresses and panel discussions from the main stage. The visual approach balanced the scale of the event — wide shots of delegates filling the keynote auditorium, the exhibition hall bustling with 100+ exhibitor stands — with intimate editorial detail: brand owners deep in conversation, trademark attorneys comparing notes between sessions, the moment a policy announcement lands with the audience. Audio capture combined wireless feeds from the main stage PA and panel microphones with shotgun mic atmosphere from the exhibition floor.
Deliverables included daily highlight cuts for INTA's social channels (LinkedIn and X), a 3-minute post-event wrap film delivered within seven working days of show close, and a library of speaker session recordings for INTA's member archive. The wrap film was graded in DaVinci Resolve Studio, balancing ExCeL's mixed venue lighting — exhibition stand uplighting, auditorium theatrical rig, and atrium daylight — into a consistent, professional palette. The film is used across INTA's website, member communications, and as a promotional tool for the following year's Annual Meeting.
Capturing an event of this scale and complexity requires a team that understands the rhythm of a professional conference. Airframe Media delivered daily content that kept our global membership connected in real time, and a wrap film that truly reflects the energy and importance of the INTA Annual Meeting.
