Comprehensive event coverage of IGB Live, one of the gaming industry's premier international exhibitions.
IGB Live is the gaming industry's flagship international trade show, held annually at the RAI Amsterdam. When the organisers needed comprehensive video coverage across three halls, four stages, and 200+ exhibitor stands, they brought in Airframe Media for the full event documentation. Over three consecutive 12-hour shoot days, our crew captured keynote presentations, panel discussions, product launches, stand tours, and networking sessions using a three-camera roaming setup — two Sony FX6 rigs on gimbals for floor coverage and a locked-off Sony FX9 for stage capture. Audio was a three-way split: wireless lapel feeds from stage presenters, a direct board feed from the venue PA, and an ambient stereo pair for room tone. The brief called for same-day social cuts (60-second highlight reels delivered by 20:00 each evening for LinkedIn and X), plus a 4-minute post-event wrap film within five working days of show close. We cut the wrap film in DaVinci Resolve Studio, grading all three cameras to a consistent Rec.709 look under mixed halogen-LED venue lighting — a non-trivial match when one camera was under a magenta-biased stand uplighter and another was in daylight from the atrium. The final deliverables were licensed for 12 months of B2B marketing use across the organiser's website, email campaigns, and YouTube channel. The social cuts generated 85,000+ organic impressions on LinkedIn in the week following the event. The wrap film is still used in the event's exhibitor sales deck for the following year's edition.
Airframe handled our Amsterdam show with the professionalism of a much larger crew. Three days, three cameras, zero missed moments. The same-day social edits kept our LinkedIn feed live while we were still on the exhibition floor, and the wrap film landed a day early.
