Pricing

Every job is quoted on what it needs

We do not publish a headline price for this work, because two jobs of the same type rarely need the same crew, kit or edit. Send the brief and we will quote it.

How Airframe pricing works
Number of episodes
A single film, a short series and an ongoing channel are different scopes. Each episode adds planning, filming and edit time.
Filming days and batching
Several episodes can be filmed in one block of days. Behind the Pass made four films from three filming days. The right batch depends on your locations and contributors.
Crew and cameras
A presenter-led format needs a different set-up from a documentary one. Crew, camera count and sound all follow the format.
Locations and travel
Shooting at your premises, at a venue or across several sites changes the days on location.
Edit style and versions
Graphics, captions, music, a trailer, short clips for social and a longer cut for your website are each scoped separately.
Turnaround and release schedule
A fixed publishing date, the number of review rounds and how far ahead the series is planned all shape the edit schedule.

Questions

Questions people ask before they book

Can you produce videos for our business YouTube channel?

Yes. We plan, film and edit YouTube content for businesses, venues and organisations in London. Behind the Pass, which we produced for ExCeL London and Levy UK & Ireland, was published on ExCeL's YouTube channel. We deliver the finished films.

How many videos should a business post on YouTube each month?

Choose a rhythm you can keep up. A steady schedule of well-made episodes serves a channel better than a burst of videos followed by silence. We help you decide how many episodes make sense for your budget and your material, and plan the filming around it.

Can you film several YouTube episodes in one day?

Yes. Batching keeps a series practical. Behind the Pass produced four films from three filming days. How many episodes fit in a day depends on locations, contributors and the format, and we plan it with you before the shoot.

What does YouTube video production cost?

We quote each channel or series on its own requirements. The main factors are the number of episodes, filming days, crew, locations, edit versions and turnaround. Send the brief on WhatsApp and we will come back with questions or a quote, or read how our pricing works.

Do you do thumbnails, titles and Shorts?

Tell us what your channel needs and we will say what we can include in the quote. Short vertical edits cut from a longer episode are scoped as their own deliverable. Titles, thumbnails and the way episodes are packaged for the platform are worth agreeing at the planning stage.

What kind of YouTube videos work for a business?

Series with a clear point of view tend to hold attention: behind-the-scenes documentaries, expert interviews, how-it-works films and event stories. Behind the Pass is a behind-the-scenes documentary series. We help you choose the format that fits your audience and what you are able to film.
