Interview filming in London
Airframe Media films interviews for businesses, venues and event organisers across London, at your office, on site or at an event. We agree the questions with you, record clean sound and a calm, well-lit picture in the room you have, and edit the answers into a finished film. Crew and kit are scoped to your shoot, so you only pay for what the interview needs.
ExCeL London Exhibitor Services
A 1:59 film for ExCeL London where one guiding contributor leads the viewer through the venue, with real show-floor interactions, installation activity and support conversations. It is a staff-led film made inside a live venue.

A documentary-style portrait of the growers at Isle of Wight Tomatoes. Contributor voices sit alongside close observational detail and aerial views of the nursery, so the people speak in the place where they work.

We do not publish a headline price for this work, because two jobs of the same type rarely need the same crew, kit or edit. Send the brief and we will quote it.
How Airframe pricing works- Number of contributors
- One person at a desk is a different job from six people across a day. Each contributor adds set-up, recording time and edit time.
- Crew
- A single operator suits a simple talk-to-camera piece. A larger crew adds a second camera, dedicated sound or lighting support.
- Cameras and kit
- One camera is quicker to set up. Two cameras give you a wide and a close angle to cut between, which suits longer answers.
- Locations and travel
- Filming in your office, at a venue, or across several sites changes the time on location and the travel involved.
- Edit versions
- A single film, a set of short clips for social and a longer cut for your website are each scoped as their own deliverable.
- Turnaround and review rounds
- A tight deadline, graphics, captions and the number of review rounds all shape the edit stage.

Questions people ask before they book
How do you film a corporate interview?
We agree the questions and the look with you, set up a camera, microphones and a key light in the room, and record a conversation in which the interviewee talks to an interviewer rather than the lens. Then we edit the best answers into a finished film. The set-up is scaled to the room, the number of people and where the film will be shown.
Is an interview shot with one camera or two?
It depends on the interview. One camera is simple and quick to set up. Two cameras give you a wide shot and a closer shot to cut between, so longer answers feel smoother. We recommend one or the other when we quote, based on the length of the interview, the venue and how it will be used.
How long does an interview shoot take?
It depends on how many people we are filming, how many locations are involved and how long each conversation runs. Set-up time is added once per location, then recording time for each contributor. We agree a running order in advance, so you know how long people are needed on the day.
Can you write the questions for the interview?
We work with you on them. You know your message and your audience, and we know which questions give clear, usable answers on camera. We agree the themes and wording with you, and contributors can see them ahead of the shoot.
Can you film interviews at events?
Yes. We film contributor conversations on the show floor and around events, working with the venue and organiser. For example, our INTA destination film for ExCeL London combines event activity, interviews and destination imagery in one London story.
How do you make interviewees comfortable on camera?
We send the questions beforehand, keep the crew small where we can, and ask the interviewee to talk to the person asking rather than the lens. We start with an easy question so people settle before the answers that matter.
How much does it cost to film an interview?
We quote each interview shoot on its own requirements. The main factors are the number of contributors, crew, cameras, locations, edit versions and turnaround. Send the brief on WhatsApp and we will come back with questions or a quote, or read how our pricing works.
