Exhibition and trade show filming in London

Airframe Media films exhibitions and trade shows in London for venues and event teams, including World Travel Market and iGB Live at ExCeL London. We film the show floor, the stands, the conversations and the speakers, then edit the footage into films for the show, social media and the next event. Crew and kit are scoped to your halls, your show days and the footage you need.

Pricing

Every job is quoted on what it needs

We do not publish a headline price for this work, because two jobs of the same type rarely need the same crew, kit or edit. Send the brief and we will quote it.

How Airframe pricing works
Show days and hours
One day on the floor and a three-day show are different jobs. We quote against the days and the hours you need covered.
Crew and cameras
A single operator can follow one story. A wide floor with several stages and stands needs more people and more cameras.
What you need on film
Stand coverage, speakers, interviews, atmosphere and sponsor moments each take different planning and time.
Halls, access and rules
Venue and organiser rules decide where we can film, when we can set up and what we can bring onto the floor.
Edit versions
One highlight film is a smaller job than a highlight film plus social cuts, stand reels and speaker clips.
Turnaround
If you need edits during the show for social posts, the schedule and the crew change. Tell us the deadline when you ask.

How it works

From brief to delivery

  1. Send the brief

Tell us the show, the venue, the dates and what the film is for. Share the floor plan and the programme if you have them.

  2. Agree access and permission

We check what the organiser and the venue need before filming, including passes, set-up times and any rules on filming people.

  3. Plan the coverage

We choose the moments that matter, the stands and speakers to prioritise and the interviews to book, so the show days are used well.

  4. Film on the show days

The crew works the floor to the plan and stays ready for what the plan could not predict.

  5. Edit, review and deliver

You see the edit, give one round of notes and receive the agreed versions in the formats you asked for.

Turnaround is agreed in the quote against your dates

Questions

Questions people ask before they book

Can you film our stand at ExCeL London or Olympia?

Yes, we film stands and show floors across London. Our exhibition films in the portfolio were made at ExCeL London, so we know that venue well. Other venues have their own access and filming rules, which we check with the organiser before the show.

Can you deliver edits during the show?

Edits during the show can be quoted when you need them for social posts or a next-day briefing. Tell us the deadline and the platforms. We confirm what is realistic for the show before you book, because it affects the crew and the schedule.

What footage works best for exhibitors?

Short films that show real people on a real stand work best. A mix of the stand in use, a short conversation with your team and a few close shots of your product or service gives you material for social media, your website and the next show.

How much does trade show filming cost?

We quote each show on its own requirements, so there is no headline price. The quote depends on the days, the crew and cameras, the footage you need, the venue rules, the edit versions and the turnaround. Send the brief on WhatsApp and we will come back with a quote, or read how our pricing works.

Do we need permission to film at an exhibition?

Usually yes. The organiser and the venue set the rules for filming, and people on camera may need to agree to it. We ask for the organiser contact in the brief and check the rules with them before the show days.

Can you interview visitors and exhibitors on the floor?

Yes. Short interviews on the floor give a film its voices, like the contributors in our World Travel Market film. We plan who to speak to and what to ask before the show, so the interviews run quickly on the day.

Who owns and uses the finished film?

The usage and delivery are agreed in the quote. Tell us where the film will run, for example on the show website, on social media or on screens at the next event, and we set up the versions and formats for those places.

Tell us what you are planning

WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach us. Say what you are filming, where and roughly when, and we will come back with questions or a quote.
