Advert and commercial production in London

Airframe Media produces adverts and commercials in London for brands and businesses. We develop the idea and script with you or film yours, then cut the versions for social media, your website and event screens. Crew and kit are scoped to the idea, the locations and the number of versions.

Pricing

Every job is quoted on what it needs

We do not publish a headline price for this work, because two jobs of the same type rarely need the same crew, kit or edit. Send the brief and we will quote it.

How Airframe pricing works
Idea and script
Developing the idea with you is separate work from filming a script you bring.
Shoot days and locations
The number of days and places, and any permits they need, decide the schedule and the crew.
Cast
Using your own people is simpler than casting. Where talent is cast, the terms for how the advert may be used are agreed in the quote.
Crew and kit
A one-location product spot and a multi-location story need different crews and different equipment.
Versions and lengths
A main film plus shorter cut-downs and other screen shapes each take edit time.
Music and licensing
Licensed or composed music is agreed up front, because it affects where the advert can run.
Where it will run
Social media and a website are straightforward. Television and cinema have clearance and delivery rules that we confirm in the quote.
Review rounds and turnaround
Agree who approves each stage and how many rounds are planned, so the deadline stays realistic.

How it works

From brief to delivery

  1. Brief and objective

Tell us what the advert sells, who it speaks to and where it will run.

  2. Idea and script

We develop the idea and script with you, or work from yours, and you sign off before anything is shot.

  3. Casting, locations and permits

We confirm who appears, where we film and what permissions each place needs.

  4. Shoot

The crew works to the script and shot plan, with the lighting and camera set-up the idea calls for.

  5. Edit, grade and sound

We cut the main film and the agreed versions, then finish the colour and sound.

  6. Deliver the versions

You receive each version in the length and format its placement needs.

Turnaround is agreed in the quote

Questions

Questions people ask before they book

What is the difference between a commercial and a promotional video?

A commercial is a short, scripted film built to sell one thing within seconds. A promotional video usually has more room to explain. Many businesses need both. Our promotional video production page explains that route in detail.

Can you make an advert for television?

Tell us the channel and the dates when you ask. Adverts for UK television are cleared before they air and have set delivery formats. We confirm in the quote what the film needs to meet those requirements, and we do not promise placement.

How long should a commercial be?

It depends on where it will run. Short placements need short films, and a longer main film can be cut down into shorter versions. We agree the lengths in the plan so the story works at each one.

Can you write the script?

Yes. We can develop the idea and script with you, or film a script you already have. Either way you sign off the script before we shoot, so there are no surprises on the day.

Do you arrange actors?

We can arrange cast, or use your own team if that suits the idea. Where talent is cast, the terms for how and where the advert may be used are agreed in the quote.

How much does it cost to make an advert?

We quote each advert on its own requirements, so there is no headline price. The idea and script, shoot days, cast, crew, versions, music and where it will run all shape the quote. Send the brief on WhatsApp or read how our pricing works.

How many versions do we get?

The versions are listed in the quote before the shoot. Each placement may need a different length or screen shape, so tell us where the advert will run and we will plan the cuts.

Tell us what you are planning

WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach us. Say what you are filming, where and roughly when, and we will come back with questions or a quote.
