Product launch video production in London
Airframe Media makes launch videos for products, apps and new businesses in London. We work back from your launch date, plan the main film and its shorter versions together, and film the product, the people and the places that show it working. Crew and kit are scoped to the launch.
Frictionless Bar
An 88-second film for Levy about its Frictionless Bar pilot in Birmingham, a tap-and-go bar experience. It follows the guest journey from approach and ordering to drinks service, with close views of the ordering and payment points. It is a film for a new concept, which is the job a launch film does.
Explore this film“Airframe Media captured the Frictionless Bar concept brilliantly. The video communicates exactly what we're trying to achieve: a seamless, modern bar experience that transforms event hospitality. It's been a fantastic asset for showcasing the pilot to our stakeholders.”
Every job is quoted on what it needs
We do not publish a headline price for this work, because two jobs of the same type rarely need the same crew, kit or edit. Send the brief and we will quote it.
How Airframe pricing works- Concept and script
- A launch film that needs a concept, script and storyboard takes longer to prepare than one built on an existing brief.
- Filming time, crew and locations
- Product demonstrations, contributors and locations decide the days on set and the crew.
- Product, screens and motion graphics
- Screen capture, animation and graphics are scoped separately from filming.
- Music, voice-over and usage
- Where the film will run, and for how long, shapes the music and voice-over arrangements.
- Versions and formats
- A main film, shorter edits, captions and portrait and landscape versions are each scoped as deliverables.
- Deadline and review rounds
- A fixed launch date, and the number of review rounds before it, shape the schedule.

Questions people ask before they book
How far ahead should we book a launch video?
As soon as you know your launch date. The schedule works backwards from that date, through the final edit, your review, the shoot and the point when the product or screens are ready to film. Early notice leaves room for each stage without rushing the work that matters most.
How much does a launch video cost?
We quote each launch video on its own requirements, so there is no headline price. Concept and script, filming time, crew, locations, screen capture or animation, music, versions and deadline all shape the quote. Send the brief on WhatsApp or read how our pricing works.
Can you film the launch event as well as the video?
Yes. A launch film and coverage of the launch event can be planned together, so the same crew and access serve both. The quote lists each part separately. See our event filming page for how we cover events.
What formats do we need for social, web and event screens?
It depends on where the film will run. A main film for your launch page, shorter edits for social and loops for event screens usually need different lengths and shapes. List the placements in the brief and we will plan portrait and landscape versions before filming, so each edit has the material it needs.
Do we need a finished product or app before filming?
Not always. Some material, such as a founder introduction or location footage, can be filmed earlier. Any demonstration shown as a working feature should match an approved, usable version, and we check the recording again if the interface changes.
Have you made a launch video for an app?
We are currently working on a business launch video for Zipo, a new ride-hail app in London. That project is in progress, so we cannot show it yet. Our launch video guide explains how we plan one.
What is the difference between a launch video and a product video?
A launch video introduces something new at a particular moment and asks for an action. A product video explains and shows an existing product over a longer period. The two can share footage, and a launch often needs both.
