Development marketing films, CAA-licensed drone aerials, show home walkthroughs, construction timelapse, and listing videos — built for London's property market.
Airframe Media is a London-based property video production company with a CAA-certified drone operator on the team. Named clients include Taylor Wimpey (The Arc EC2, central London). We produce everything from single listing films to multi-phase development campaigns across London's new build and regeneration sectors.
Every format the London property market requires — from a single listing to a full development lifecycle campaign.
Full production marketing films for new builds, regeneration schemes, and refurbishments — from groundworks to sales launch, covering all phases of a development.
CAA-licensed aerial filming over London developments — FRZ-compliant, fully insured, and executed by an A2-certified drone operator. The view that sells location.
Smooth, professionally lit walkthrough films of dressed show homes and model apartments — the primary digital asset your sales suite needs before a single viewings begins.
Long-run intervalometer rigs capturing the full build progression — from groundworks to structural completion — delivered as a flagship narrative asset at practical completion.
Composite sequences blending approved CGI visualisations with live show home footage — enabling off-plan marketing before physical completion.
Efficient, high-quality listing films for estate agents — interior walkthrough, exterior context, and neighbourhood — produced to a consistent style across your portfolio.
Progress films, construction milestones, and development narrative content for investor reports, planning presentations, and stakeholder communications.
Short-form vertical and horizontal assets cut for Instagram, LinkedIn, and property platforms — show home reveals, aerial teasers, and launch countdown content.
Aerial footage is the single most powerful asset in property marketing — it contextualises location, demonstrates scale, and shows proximity to landmarks and transport that no floor plan can convey. Our drone operator holds a CAA GVC (General Visual Line of Sight Certificate) and is CAA-registered under the UK Drone and Model Aircraft Registration and Education Service (DMARES).
We manage all FRZ assessment and authorisation in-house — including NATS operational approval for flights near controlled airspace. We do not fly without the correct permissions in place. That compliance is your protection as well as ours.
The Arc EC2 — a Taylor Wimpey scheme in central London — is our most prominent property credit. We cover London's regeneration zones and established prime areas alike. Each location has different drone constraints and visual priorities. We know both.
And across all London boroughs — we know the FRZ constraints for each.

What property developers and agents ask before booking.
An agent listing video — interior walkthrough, exterior, and neighbourhood context — typically costs £1,200–£2,000 for a half-day production with a standard 90-second to two-minute cut. A development marketing film for a new build or refurbished scheme with drone aerials, show home footage, and lifestyle sequences runs £4,000–£8,000. Multi-phase development campaigns — covering construction updates, show home launches, and CGI-to-real comparisons — are scoped individually and typically run £12,000–£25,000+ over the course of a development. All costs are fixed in advance.
Yes — and this is one of our genuine differentiators. Our drone operator holds a CAA GVC (General Visual Line of Sight Certificate) and is registered with the CAA under Operator ID. London contains multiple Flight Restriction Zones (FRZ) — including the central London FRZ around Heathrow, Gatwick approach corridors, and airspace around major landmarks. We assess every site against the relevant FRZ maps, apply for NATS/CAA operational authorisations where required, and liaise with the local FISO where applicable. We do not fly in restricted airspace without authorisation. This compliance protects you — uninsured drone footage over a London development is a legal liability, not just a production risk.
Yes, and it is often better to shoot early. A dressed show home with controlled lighting, no site traffic, and quiet surroundings produces cleaner footage than a unit open during public viewings. We can work around construction schedules — filming in blocks between trades, after snagging but before handover — and plan the shoot to avoid any incomplete areas on camera. For off-plan developments, we also produce CGI-integrated sequences that contextualise show home interiors against the future exterior.
We install a weatherproof intervalometer camera rig on-site, positioned to capture the full build progression — from groundworks to structural frame to cladding and fit-out. The camera shoots at a defined interval (typically one frame every 15–30 minutes) and we collect and process the footage at agreed milestones, usually quarterly. The final timelapse is delivered as a standalone asset or cut into a development narrative film. Power and data access on site is required — we brief your site manager on requirements during the planning stage.
Yes, and we are set up for it. We are comfortable working to an agency brief with defined style references, taking direction from account managers and creative directors, and delivering footage into agency edit workflows. We can provide raw graded selects, picture lock edits, and licensed music-cut versions as required. If the agency has CGI assets that need integrating with live footage, we handle the compositing. Direct communication with the developer or housebuilder is welcomed where that speeds decisions — we work to whatever structure is most efficient.
Yes — and we understand that launch dates in property are non-negotiable. We build production schedules around your sales launch or PR window and work backwards from it. Rush delivery is available for critical assets: a hero film can be turned around in 48–72 hours with a prioritised post-production slot, at a premium rate agreed upfront. We flag any risk to deadline during pre-production so there are no surprises. If weather affects drone filming, we reschedule the aerial component and complete interiors first to protect the overall timeline.
Yes. We can composite approved CGI renders — whether exterior visualisations, interior CGI, or amenity renders — with live show home and site footage to create a coherent development film before the build is complete. This requires CGI files to be provided in the agreed format and resolution. We work with your visualisation studio directly if needed. CGI integration is a specialist compositing task and is quoted separately from the live filming component — we assess it once we have seen the CGI assets.
Yes. We regularly work across multiple developments and sites for developers and agency groups, creating consistent visual identity across a portfolio. Multi-site production is more cost-efficient than treating each site independently — shared pre-production, one style guide, one colour grade reference, and a renegotiated shoot day rate across the portfolio. For estate agent groups with ongoing listing video requirements, we offer retainer arrangements with guaranteed turnaround times and priority scheduling.
