The Reeds at South Lodge combines a contributor's account with waterside lodge architecture and quiet interior detail. Aerial views connect the buildings to the surrounding landscape in West Sussex. Watch the film here, then explore the project for the full production story.

Four things to get right Open to explore
A film for a procurement team needs different evidence from a recruitment film or an event recap. Tell us who will watch, what they already know and the question the film must answer. A useful brief also names the publication channel, the person approving the work and any immovable launch date.
From there, choose the content that earns its place: a clear interview, a demonstration, an observed process or a location that explains the story. Reference films help communicate tone, but your brief should describe what makes your organisation or event different. That gives creative development a concrete starting point.
Planning can cover creative direction, research, scripts, interview questions, storyboards and a practical shoot schedule. Production can include camera, lighting, sound and direction, with specialist equipment or additional crew identified where needed. Editing, colour, sound, graphics and captions are agreed as part of the post-production scope.
The quote records the actual deliverables and exclusions. Check whether your request includes a main film, individual interview edits, social versions, stills or a footage handoff. Music licences, locations, talent and translation can change the budget. Ask for each required item explicitly so proposals can be compared on the same basis.
First, agree the audience, message and scope. Next, turn the brief into a shot plan, location arrangements and a contributor schedule. On the filming day, the plan gives each interview and sequence its purpose while allowing space for useful moments that emerge on location.
Post-production builds the story from the material, then develops the agreed picture, sound and graphic treatment. Nominate one person to consolidate feedback from your team. Confirm names, job titles, factual statements and brand requirements before final approval. The delivery schedule includes the agreed review stages and output versions; it is not a universal turnaround promise.
Our published work includes ExCeL London productions and the Tower Bridge documentary series. These show different location challenges: a working events venue and an active heritage landmark. They are examples of completed work, not a claim of automatic access to every London venue.
For a City office, Canary Wharf workplace or a venue elsewhere in Greater London, confirm the exact address and building contact early. Loading, parking, lift access, security, power and background noise can affect the filming plan. At an event, provide the running order and identify moments that cannot be repeated. Any aerial sequence needs a separate location assessment.
Before we roll
Airframe quotes each project individually. Filming time, crew, locations and post-production determine the cost; a camera day alone is not a finished-film price. Request the current rate card through our pricing page, then compare proposals against the same deliverables, review stages, usage requirements and deadline.
A video production company turns a brief into a finished film through planning, filming and post-production. For an Airframe commission, the written scope identifies which creative, production and delivery stages are included, who approves them and what files you receive. You can also enquire about support for an individual stage.
The delivery date is agreed after reviewing the brief. Contributor availability, location access, filming days, edit complexity and client approvals all affect the schedule. Work backwards from your launch date and allow time for a consolidated feedback round. Flag a fixed event or campaign deadline in your first enquiry.
Yes, office and venue filming can be scoped around your location. Send the address, access times, room options and likely contributor numbers. A quiet interview space, controllable light and a clear route for equipment help the production plan. Permission to use a building or film other people needs to be agreed separately.
Ask for the versions your audience will actually use: for example, a website film, a captioned LinkedIn cut and a vertical social edit. Specify runtime, aspect ratio, captions, language and destination for each. Different layouts may need different framing or edits, so agree the delivery list before filming rather than assuming every version is included.
Yes, when the shot plan and contributor schedule are built for those outputs. An interview may support a main film and shorter extracts, while separate demonstrations can answer specific buyer questions. List these needs in the brief so additional filming, editing and review work can be costed explicitly.
No. A clear audience, purpose and distribution plan are enough to start a conversation. Share what viewers should understand or do after watching, any required messages and examples of a suitable tone. Scriptwriting, storyboarding and interview preparation can then be discussed as part of the production scope.
Choose according to the story and the viewing context. A corporate film explains an organisation or message; event coverage records a time-bound occasion; documentary follows people and events to explore a subject. The service pages and published work show these different approaches, helping you brief the relevant production rather than choose by label alone.
One production team coordinates the brief, filming, post-production and agreed delivery files.
